Plays are loaded to your account and can be accessed by logging in and clicking “My Plays”. Downloadable items are accessed through “My Plays” in the member’s area in the right-hand column. In the event of an error, plays are not loaded to your account we require a screenshot of the member’s area of your account to be sent for review to support@wagertalk.com. Subscriptions include selections for games that are played within your subscription. *A 30 Day pass that is active 5/1/2021 - 5/31/2021 will not include selections for games played on 6/1/2021 or later regardless of the release date. If you feel an exception to the refund policy as listed above is warranted please email support@wagertalk.com outlining your concern. It will be reviewed and consideration will be made at the sole discretion of WagerTalk Media’s Support Team.
