THE PLAY: Hojgaard/Hojgaard over Thorbjornsen/Vilips R1 -130
A key thing to keep in mind this week when betting daily rounds is which format is going to be played that day. Round 1 will be played as Four-Ball or another name for Best Ball where each player plays his own ball the entire hole and the best score counts for the team. The Hojgaard twins are talented golfers that can be aggressive and rack up a lot of birdies but that comes with the danger of making a bogey. Rasmus and Nicolai can use this to their strategic benefit while being aggressive on an easy course by PGA Tour standards but can be safe when needed. Thorbjornsen played well last time out at TPC San Antonio with a T5 finish but is partnered with Vilips who has been bleeding strokes to the field in all categories since his win in Puerto Rico.

Working at a country club a mile east of Del Mar Racetrack, Sean was introduced to horse racing and his passion for the sport took off. The puzzle of going through past performances and replays appealed to Sean and spent his time after work listening to respected handicappers to learn as much as he could. In his first season playing the NHC Tour, he qualified for the Championship by placing 2nd in the LRF Cares contest after turning his initial $250 bankroll into $3,640.40. In this year's Xpressbet Kentucky Derby contest, Sean finished 6th by flipping the $2,000 bankroll into $15,681.85 while also taking home a 2024 Pegasus World Cup Betting Challenge entry valued at $6,000.
