Q: How often is the newsletter published and updated?
A: Daily. The historical result logs and the stat spreadsheets are always available for customers to access at any time during the day. Game previews are published every day.
Q: How many game previews do you cover each day?
A: We will have something posted for every NBA game, every day from Opening Night through the NBA Finals. On the college side, we will post approximately five NCAAB previews each day, depending on the size of the schedule.
Q: Is there a PDF to download?
A: No. The Basketball GoldSheet is only available here at wagertalk.com/goldsheet/basketball. There is no PDF to download.
Q: What time of day are the write-ups added?
A: We will look to do ~60-percent of the write-ups the night before, so you will have overnight analysis available on several games for the following day. The biggest exceptions will be NBA teams that are playing on back-to-back nights or college tournaments that feature a tight timeline. We will publish those write-ups the following morning to include notes from the previous evening.
Basketball Newsletter
- Written analysis and Key Releases are updated by 12pm ET / 9am PT during the week and 10am ET / 7am PT on the weekends to accommodate for the earlier start times.
- The Basketball Record provides a game log for every team with scores and point spread results.
- The Basketball Spreadsheet provides situational records for each team based on their home/road splits and how they are performing as a favorite or as an underdog in certain situations.
- Each daily issue features roughly six Key Releases across the NBA and college basketball, depending on the size of the slate for that day.
