Points could be tough to come by in tonight’s Patriots vs Steelers matchup so let’s turn to Pittsburgh kicker Chris Boswell to go over his listed 6.5 points scored prop as he’s hit 22-24 total field goals on the season.

The Steelers are around 5-6 point favorites to win heading in as Boswell has done most of his damage for the team in wins going 17-17 when the Steelers win and 5-7 in losses.

We get it, it’s going to be a low scoring game but all we need are three field goals from Boswell or two field goals and an extra point in which the Steelers should be able to score between 9-13 points tonight.

Boswell is 11-13 kicking field goals 40+ yards on the season as well so Pittsburgh doesn’t even need to get it to the red zone on drives in order for the Steelers kicker to rack up points. Take Boswell over 6.5 points scored for Thursday Night Football.

Thursday Night Football Prop Prediction 2: Ezekiel Elliott OVER ~59.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

With Rhamondre Stevenson exiting last week’s game with an injury, Ezekiel Elliot takes the reigns as the lead back as he rushed for 52 yards in the Patriots loss to the Chargers last week.

Stevenson did have 39 yards before he left as the Patriots as a team rushed for 148 yards on 32 carries. We could see a similar game script from them tonight with the Steelers allowing the 11th most rushing yards per game at 121.

Elliot averages 3.8 ypc on the season with his rushing yard number set around 59.5 for tonight’s matchup. This means Elliot would need 16 carries to get up and over that mark as he had 17 last week against a Chargers team that does have a better rush defense than Pittsburgh.

Look for Elliot to lead the rushing attack for the Patriots getting up and over 59.5 rushing yards in tonight’s Thursday Night Football matchup against the Steelers.
