First Touchdown Scorer Prop Prediction 1: Jalen Hurts, Eagles First Touchdown (+300) DK

We cashed a Jalen Hurts first touchdown ticket at +350 odds last week and I’m going right back to the well in Week 17 at +300.

Hurts has been unstoppable, setting an NFL record for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback with 15 and rushing for 576 yards on 147 carries.

He’s run for a first touchdown three times on the season while also recording his team’s first touchdown in four of their last five games.

The Arizona Cardinals have only recorded six first touchdowns in 15 games so far this season. The Eagles are also favored by 12 points at home this Sunday, giving them a clear edge in scoring first.

The only player I’ve seen under +300 has been Christian McCaffrey and rightfully so, but Hurts is on his level and is still sitting at +300 in a plus matchup.

First Touchdown Scorer Prop Prediction 2: Kyren Williams, Rams First Touchdown (+370) DK

This play starts with a fade of the New York Giants who have scored first in an NFL low three games in 15 tries this season.

However, Kyren Williams also leads the Los Angeles Rams with three first touchdowns on the season. Williams has amassed 12 all-purpose touchdowns while also recording 100+ rushing yards in each of his last three games in six games in total.

The Rams offense is clicking with an average of 32.4 points in their last five games and they have scored first in three of those games.

Despite playing on the road, Los Angeles is favored -5.5 points, and the Giants offense is now starting Tyrod Taylor at quarterback. Taylor will definitely be motivated, and he is probably an upgrade over Tommy DeVito.

However, the Giants haven’t been able to find paydirt first regardless of who the quarterback has been. Let’s ride with Williams to get the job done this Sunday at +370 odds.
