Tottenham vs Luton Premier League Prediction

After three wins from four games and sitting just two points adrift of 4th place Aston Villa near the top of the table, Tottenham looked all set to leapfrog the Villains two weeks ago as they went in as favorites against fellow London rivals Fulham.

However, Spurs were handed a 3-0 beatdown by the Cottagers in that game and it could have been even worse for them only for Joao Palhinha’s 4th goal to be ruled offside midway through the second half.

Tottenham will look to rebound on Saturday against a team they’ve yet to face on home soil going all the way back to the early 1990s, with the team’s only meeting across the last 32 years resulting in a 1-0 win for Tottenham at Kenilworth Road back in October.

Luton are now winless in eight straight games in the Premier League, including losing five of those eight games outright as well, and sit just one point clear of the relegation zone currently heading into this weekend’s matchup.

Both Tottenham’s and Luton’s games this year have been incredibly high-scoring affairs, with an average total of 3.43 GPG scored in Tottenham’s home games this year, while Luton’s road games have seen an even higher 3.86 GPG scored so far this season.

Along with that, both of these teams rank #1 in BTTS rate this year (Both Teams to Score), both at home and on the road this season, with 86% of Tottenham’s home games seeing both teams find the back of the net, along with 79% of Luton’s road games also.

Saturday’s game should be no different between these two in what should be another free-flowing, attacking game of football.

Premier League Prediction: Both Teams to Score + Over 3.5 (+105)

Aston Villa vs Wolves | March 30 | 1:30pm ET

Aston Villa -150 | Wolves +390 | Draw +325

Aston Villa vs Wolves Premier League Prediction

Two old rivals clash over in the West Midlands this weekend as Wolves take on the Villains over at Villa Park in Birmingham on Saturday.

Wolves have continued to impress this season, with many people’s pre-season relegation candidates completely defying expectations under new boss Gary O’Neil as the former Bournemouth manager has guided his charges to a current top-half berth in the table.

Aston Villa meanwhile, despite an incredible start to the season, have looked vulnerable across recent weeks, winning just four of their last nine league games overall, as well as falling well short against both Tottenham and West Ham across their last two outings also.

Whether they can turn things around here in what should be another tough midlands derby for them remains to be seen, but Wolves will no doubt see this as a very winnable fixture on Saturday, especially given the fact that Aston Villa has failed to beat Wolves across any of their last four league meetings inside Villa Park, including losing two of those four games outright as well.

In fact, going even further back in history, Aston Villa haven’t beaten Wolves in the Premier League going all the way back to the 2003 season, with their two solitary wins against the Black Country men over that timeframe coming in both the lower league Championship division and the EFL Cup also, so series history definitely resides with Wolves ahead of this one.

Take the big price on Wolves this weekend to potentially pull off the upset against an out-of-form Aston Villa team on Saturday.

Premier League Prediction: Wolves Moneyline (+390)

Manchester City vs Arsenal | March 31 | 11:30am ET

Manchester City -105 | Arsenal +290 | Draw +270

Manchester City vs Arsenal Premier League Prediction

In what could well end up being a title decider on Sunday, table toppers Arsenal travel over to the Etihad this weekend looking to register their first victory in this venue in over nine years.

Manchester City however will be keen to avoid that scenario and remain, alongside Liverpool, as one of only two teams yet to lose a single game at home this season, and have dropped points in just one of their last ten games played across all competitions here also.

These two teams couldn’t play at a better time right now, with Arsenal ranking as the league’s hottest team across their last six starts, and Manchester City across their last ten starts respectively, generating a league-best 3.00 PPG and 2.60 PPG across those time periods.

However, Arsenal have owned the plaudits against Manchester City so far this season, downing the Cityzens on penalties earlier in the season in the Community Shield before following that up with a 1-0 win down in London back in October also.

City at home this season though have been an almost impervious beast, especially early on in games, where they own a 71% win rate inside the first 45 minutes this year, by far the highest percentage out of any team in the league currently (Arsenal’s 1H win rate for comparison is at just 43%).

Arsenal meanwhile have tended to strike later on in games this season, with a 0.36 GPH boost (both teams combined) in the second-half over their first-half form this year, along with a 14% drop in failure to score rate also.

That means while this game might be tight overall, Manchester City’s quick starts at home this season could be key here, and we’re backing the Cityzens to get the better of Arsenal over the first 45 minutes on Sunday.

Premier League Prediction: First Half Manchester City (+140)
