NFL Thursday Night Football Props Prediction: Jameson Williams, Lions OVER 49.5 Receiving Yards (-110) FanDuel

Jameson Williams missed the Lions’ first game against the Packers. However, he will play tonight. His receiving prop number is set at 49.5 before kickoff. 

He has exceeded this number in four of his last five games and averages 63 receiving yards per game for the season. 

The Packers will be without cornerback Jaire Alexander for the third game in a row. This could create issues in their secondary. Last week, they allowed 365 passing yards to Tua Tagovailoa. This included 83 yards to Tyreek Hill and 53 yards to Jaylen Waddle. 

The Lions probably won’t throw the ball as much as the Dolphins did against the Packers last week. However, Williams plays well at home. He averages 20.6 yards per catch at Ford Field. On the road, he averages only 15.2 yards per catch. 

Williams could only need two catches to get over this number, averaging 3.5 catches per game on the season. 

Expect Williams to be a deep threat again for the strong Lions offense. He should go over 49.5 receiving yards against the Packers on Thursday Night Football.

NFL Thursday Night Football Props Prediction: Josh Jacobs, Packers OVER 16.5 Rushing Attempts (-145) FanDuel

The Lions defense is more injured than ever this season. Twelve players are on injured reserve, and three more are out for this game. The Packers should try to take advantage of this situation. 

Josh Jacobs got hurt before this game, but he remains active. He should have more than 16.5 rushing attempts tonight. This will help control the clock and keep Detroit’s offense off the field. 

He had only 13 rushing attempts in their first matchup. However, in the three games since, Green Bay is 3-0. Jacobs is averaging 21 rushing attempts per game. 

Jacobs has averaged 18.5 rushing attempts per game this season. He has been the main focus of the offense. Pass catchers Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, and Christian Watson have all missed time because of injuries. Doubs is specifically missing tonight’s game. 

Expect the Packers to use Jacobs again, aiming for over 16.5 rushing attempts. This is a key game in the NFL season. The Packers and Lions have two of the best four records in the NFC.
