Expert Ladder Bets for Thursday: Cam Thomas Over 6.5 Rebounds + Assists (-128), Sprinkle O7.5 RA (+114)

D’Angelo Russell and Cam Johnson are both active in this contest and Cam Thomas has crushed this line in 3/3 games with both players on the court, recording 10, 7 and 9 RA for an average of 8.7 RA on 15.6 chances per game.

Thomas has seen his minutes increase in five straight games since returning from injury and he worked his way up to 32 minutes in his last game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Chicago Bulls are a great matchup as they rank bottom 5 in both rebounds and assists allowed overall including the MOST rebounds to opposing shooting guards with 7 per game.

On top of that, Chicago will be playing without both of their starting guards as both Lonzo Ball and Josh Giddey are on the shelf with injuries. This is a tremendous pace-up spot for Thomas and the Nets (29th) as Chicago ranks 3rd in tempo.

The spread is set at -2.5 with a total of 230 and neither team has anything to play for so Thomas should see 30+ minutes again, giving him plenty of time to eclipse this line.

The Over 7.5 RA line is definitely worth a play based on Thomas’s success with Russell and Johnson on the court.

Expert Ladder Bets for Thursday: Brook Lopez Over 11.5 Points (-125), Sprinkle 15+ Pts (+170) & 18+ Pts (+360)

Brook Lopez has been very aggressive since the Bobby Portis suspension as he’s covered this line in 9 of the last 12 games without him in action including a 23-point effort in his last game against the Indiana Pacers.

The three games where he fell short were tough matchup for opposing centers in Orlando & Cleveland and a 30-point blowout that limited his minutes against Dallas.

Lopez has seen great shot volume since the All-Star break with 10+ field goal attempts in 7 of his last 11 games.

Now Lopez is facing a Los Angeles Lakers team that has been decimated by injuries, and they will be lacking size with Lebron James, Jaxson Hayes and Rui Hachimura all on the shelf with various injuries.

The Lakes will be busy trying to defend Giannis Antetokounmpo and that will free-up Lopez for open looks.

Lopez has scored 15+ points in 6 of his last 12 games and 18+ points in four of those games making the alternate lines look very appealing.
