Two of Diaz’s three home runs have come in just 16 at bats against left-handed pitching with his other one coming in 63 at bats against righties.

Diaz had just 14 home runs all last season but did sport a .535 slugging percentage against left handed pitching compared to just a .378 slugging percentage against righties.

Rondon has given up at least one home run in each start this season and is no stranger to giving up home runs in general as he gave up 31 last season, 28 of them to right handed batters.

Diaz went hitless yesterday but last season against the Yankees he batted .342 with two home runs and a .605 slugging percentage.

Take Diaz to hit a home run at +480 with other Rays hitters to consider for a home run include Brandon Lowe (+470) and Christopher Morel (+400).

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Juan Soto (NYM) +350

Juan Soto has gone hitless in his last two games but in the two games before that he had back-to-back home runs as the Mets host the Cardinals tonight.

St. Louis sends Miles Mikolas to the mound tonight and although he hasn’t allowed a home run this season in 13 innings pitched, his ERA stands at 9.00 with a 1.62 WHIP.

Soto is 7-21 with a home run in his career against Mikolas and the Cardinals starter has allowed lefties to bat .391 so far this season with a .940 OPS.

Soto blasted seven home runs last April and has averaged 33 home runs across his last four seasons (with three different teams).

All three of Soto’s home runs have come against righties this season in 57 at bats and it’s worth noting he had a home run every 14 at bats against right handed pitching last season.

Mikolas is due to give up a home run as he gave up 26 in total last season. Take Soto to hit a home run at +350 and a valuable player to take for a home run tonight is Jesse Winker at +870 who is 6-16 with two home runs off Mikolas all time.
