He actually beat this line in 12 of 15 playoff games during the 2024 campaign while averaging 4.8 rebounds per game. The juice is worth the squeeze on this one.

Expert NBA Player Props for Tuesday: Rudy Gobert, Timberwolves Under 23.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-115)

Rudy Gobert was run of the court in Game 1 as he couldn’t keep up with Luka Doncic on the pick & roll and he finished with only 9 PRA while shooting 1-2 from the field.

Naz Reid took the lion’s share of the court time with 31 minutes compared to Gobert’s 24. The Los Angeles Lakers went small with Jaxson Hayes only playing 8 minutes despite starting and he’s the only reason why the Timberwolves need Gobert on the court.

Gobert has fallen short of this PRA line in 12 of 16 games (75%) when playing 24-30 minutes this season.

Bottom line, Reid is the superior option against the undersized Lakers, and he thrived in Game 1 with 23 points on 8-12 from field despite a 22-point blowout.
