Indiana shot 53.8-percent from the field and out-rebounded Miami (Oh) 46-29 in a pretty dominant 76-57 win on Friday night in Bloomington.

It was only a three-point game at halftime (39-36), although the Hoosiers never trailed in the contest. Mike Woodson’s team has now won-and-covered three-straight games, and the Hoosiers are still undefeated at Assembly Hall.

This will be the Big Ten opener for Indiana, and the Hoosiers have earned eight-straight wins over Minnesota (6-2 ATS). These teams approach their scoring and production in vastly different manners. Indiana has four players averaging double figures, led by Malik Reneau’s 15.4 points per game on 58.9-percent shooting.

Arizona transfer Oumar Ballo had 14 points and 18 rebounds against the RedHawks on Friday. Minnesota, on the other hand, runs everything through senior forward Dawson Garcia.

The 6-foot-11 Minnesota native had 18 points and 11 rebounds in the Gophers’ 90-72 loss to Michigan State last week.

The Gophers have dropped three of their last four games, and Minnesota is still searching for its first win in the betting market (0-7-2 ATS this season).
