NCAAB Close Game Report for Tuesday, February 27
- Clemson closed as a -7 home favorite against Pitt and won 69-62.
- The total in the Syracuse vs Virgina Tech game closed at 154.5 points at most ‘books, and landed on 155 points.
- Northern Iowa closed as a 16-point home favorite over Valparaiso and won 68-54.
- Iowa closed as a -9 home favorite over Penn State and won 90-81.
- The total in the Notre Dame vs Wake Forest game closed at 133.5 points at most ‘books, and the final score landed on 135.
- UNLV closed as a 5.5-point road favorite at Wyoming and won 75-69 in overtime.
NCAAB Upset Report for Tuesday, February 27
- Toledo closed as a 16-point home favorite over Northern Illinois and lost 75-72.
- Kansas closed as a -8 home favorite over BYU and lost 76-68.
- Arkansas closed as a 10.5-point home favorite over Vanderbilt and lost 85-82.
- Wake Forest closed as a 6.5-point road favorite at Notre Dame and lost 70-65.
- Colorado State closed as a 7.5-point home favorite over Nevada and lost 77-74 on a buzzer-beater from nearly half-court.
NBA Close Game Report for Tuesday, February 27
- Golden State close as a 10.5-point road favorite at Washington and won by 11.
- Cleveland closed as a four-point home favorite over Dallas and won by two.
NBA Upset Report for Tuesday, February 27
- Chicago closed as a 10-point home favorite over Detroit and lost 105-95.
NBA Injury Report for Wednesday, February 28
- De’Aron Fox (SAC) is questionable vs Denver with a knee injury.
- Luke Kennard (MEM) is out vs Minnesota with an illness.
- LeBron James (LAL) is questionable vs LA Clippers with an ankle injury.
- Cam Reddish (LAL) is questionable vs LA Clippers with an ankle injury.
- Paul George (LAC) is out vs LA Lakers with a knee injury.
- Aaron Nesmith (IND) is questionable vs New Orleans with an ankle injury.
- Jakob Potl (TOR) is questionable vs Dallas with an ankle injury.
- Karl-Anthony Towns (MIN) is questionable vs Memphis with a personal situation.
- CJ McCollum (NOP) is questionable to play vs Indiana with an ankle injury.
#531 / 532 Nuggets vs Kings Under 231
Denver is starting to round into playoff form, winners of three-straight by an average of 17 points per game as they host the Kings tonight. These two went head-to-head two weeks ago in Denver with Sacramento coming away with a 102-98 win. This will be the fourth and final regular season matchup with the Kings going 3-0 so far. We do expect the Nuggets to avoid the regular season sweep but the line is just slightly too large considering how the Kings have performed against Denver, specifically this season. As a road underdog, the Kings are top five in the NBA at 10-6 against the spread. After a loss, Sacramento is 14-9 against the spread in its next game. Denver has gone 16-11 to the “under” when playing at home with Sacramento going 18-11-2 to the “under” when playing on the road.
