British Grand Prix Track: Silverstone Circuit

An iconic track on the Formula 1 circuit, Silverstone is a big track that features everything from long straights where cars will be at peak speed all the way to sharp turns where extreme braking is required.

It’s a track that lets the cars and drivers operate at 100% capacity so it’s a great track that shows where the teams truly are in their operations and performance.

As such, I expect Verstappen and Norris to separate themselves from the field as the race goes on, but I also expect some tight racing in most of the other positions.

British Grand Prix Winner Prediction

Lando Norris +300

Before the accident last week, Norris had the late race pace to get around Max, and if they don’t puncture tyres, Lando would have cruised to the win.

McLaren has shown great strategy in the race to make sure the car and tyres are in great shape at the end of the race, and on a track this big, I don’t think Max will be pulling away from Lando, especially at the end. At plus money, Lando Norris is the wager.

British Grand Prix Prop Predictions

Margin of Victory LESS THAN 12 Seconds

If you’re playing this on Draftkings, you play the prop of Margin Of Victory 0-6 Seconds at plus money, and then 6-12 seconds at plus money.

Verstappen and Norris are the cream of the crop, but they’re close enough to each other that I don’t see one of them dominating this week.

Even if one of them gets out front big, these teams aren’t going to want to put unnecessary wear and tear on their car. I think the days of the 12+ second wins are over for the foreseeable future.

British Grand Prix Team To Fade

Aston Martin

As the season as gone along, teams around them are getting better and passing them by on, and off the track.

Alonso started off the year with 6 straight Top 10 finishes but only has 1 Top 10 in the last 5 races, and even in qualifying, he’s been bad.

Stroll is just terrible in general, and he only has 3 Top 10 finishes this season. If we get head-to head matchups with Alpine’s against them, I’ll be happy to fade the Aston Martin’s.
