Takeaways from Last F1 Race

Max Verstappen obviously looked dominant, and he looked better than last year to be honest. Even with DRS being enabled on the second lap of the race, Max extended his lead right off the start to pull out of DRS range, and the race was over.

Perez looks to have the second-fastest car for race pace, but Ferrari looked decent despite some of the issues that Leclerc had.

George Russell looks to be the best Mercedes setup as they might be content with giving him all the resources and ignoring Lewis Hamilton at times with his move to Ferrari coming at the end of the year.

Hamilton said his seat was broken, which clearly wouldn’t be an issue if he was the #1 on the team. McLaren have some work to do to truly compete with Ferrari, and Aston Martin is a distance back from those teams.

The Alpine’s look to have a horrific race pace and are complete fades right now while the drama at RB might be entertaining to watch, but tough to find value in the betting market.

Saudi Arabia Grand Prix Track: Jeddah Corniche Circuit

6.17 km
50 Laps

This track is the fastest street circuit on the schedule as hit has plenty of corners (27), but most of them are not hard-braking corners and there are three DRS detection zones so speeds are very high.

The turns are short and bendy and surrounded by walls as it’s a temporary street circuit, and they’ll be racing under the lights which makes for a visually appealing viewing experience.

Saudi Arabia Grand Prix Manufacturer Winner Prediction

Max Verstappen should win as long as he doesn’t wreck or have reliability issues, and those don’t seem to be an issue as he has the lead from start to finish, and his car seems to be immaculate

-Sergio Perez has the second best car on the track, and he’s -150 to finish on the podium, but you can get -120 on Red Bull double podium at -120.

Perez won this race last year, and even if he qualifies around 5th or 6th, he has the car to get to 2nd. I’m not sure Ferrari has the cars yet to hold him off, I like the price on this play as I see a Red Bull 1-2 finish this week.

-We didn’t see reliability issues from anyone last week, and I wonder if these cars are going to be really strong if there aren’t wrecks or punctures.

Over 17.5 classified cars is +150, and I think it’s worth a sprinkle. The top cars look good to go, and the lower teams didn’t suffer major setbacks last week, I think this is worth a sprinkle
