Gunnar Henderson has 28 home runs on the season but he hasn’t launched one since before the all star break! Tonight poses a solid opportunity though to get his power back on track as the Orioles will face the Guardians sending Carlos Carasco to the mound.

Henderson is a perfect 3-3 with a home run off the Guardians righty in his career and has dominated right handed pitching in general this season hitting a home run once every 13 at-bats compared to just one home run every 20 at bats against lefties.

Carasco has been mediocre at best this season giving up three home runs across his last nine innings pitched and has given up 15 of his 17 home runs during 52 innings pitched in night starts compared to the other two home runs given up in 43 innings pitched in day starts.

Giancarlo Stanton returned to the Yankees lineup for their series against the Phillies after a being sidelined with an injury for a month as the team returns home after a six-game road trip.

Before Stanton went down he was crushing the ball with 12 home runs combined between May and June. He and the Bronx Bombers get the Blue Jays who send veteran Kevin Gausman to the mound in which Stanton has been solid against.

The Yankees outfielder is 7-19 off Stanton with a couple home runs in his career with one coming in April of this season. Ten of Stanton’s 18 home runs have come at home in almost the same amount of at bats as away games and he has three total home runs off Blue Jays pitching this season.

Take Stanton to hit a home run tonight at +260 odds and of course you could go with Aaron Judge as well at +170 odds who is 11-37 with five home runs off Gausman in his career.
