On the season, Alvarez is batting .263 against rights, and nine of his 12 home runs have come against right-handed pitching. He has a 137 wCR+, a .258 BABIP, and a .230 ISO against righties. Given these splits and the fact he is facing a righty, this is one of the best home run prop bets on the board.
Yordan is 4-9 in his career off of Griffin Canning, with two home runs, and we expect him to add a home run to that today. He has an average exit velocity of 99.7 miles per hour and an average launch angle of 28 degrees off of Canning. Gunnar Henderson (BAL) +370
Gunnar Henderson has not gone yard since June 2nd, but we like him to hit one today. Henderson has 19 home runs this season, and his twentieth should be in his sights today on the road. Henderson has a great matchup today against Aaron Civale.
Aaron Civale is making the start for the Rays at their home park. Civale has been solid this season, but he has allowed 11 home runs this season, and five of them have come to left-handed batters. Henderson is 2-4 off of Civale with a home run, and he has an average launch angle of 21.7 degrees, meaning he was lifting the ball in the air.
