Tigers starter Keider Montero has been no stranger to giving up home runs this season with 10 given up in just 36.2 innings pitched on the season as they welcome in the Royals for a four-game series.

Comerica Park isn’t known to give up too many home runs but seven of the ten Montero has given up on the season have come at home sporting a 6.84 ERA as well.

This poses as a great opportunity for outfielder Hunter Renfroe to hit a home run playing for his sixth different team in the past five seasons!

He’s riding a six-game hitting streak blasting two home runs during that stretch. Renfroe has just 11 home runs this season but is known for his power hitting 25+ home runs in five different seasons in his career.

Take Renfroe to hit a home run tonight at +390 with Salvador Perez being another Royals player to consider for a home run at +285.

Ian Happ (LAA) +550

The Cubs wrapped up a three-game series with the Reds yesterday with a 13-4 win which included Ian Happ going 3-4 with a home run which was his 17th on the season.

The Cubs now return home where Happ hits over 100 points better than on the road and posts a slugging percentage of .518 which is top 20 of all MLB players when playing at home.

The Cubs host the Cardinals who are sending Sonny Gray to the mound in which Happ has substantial success against. He’s 7-16 with a home run off the veteran in his career with Happ going 10-27 with four home runs against the Cardinals in 2024.

Of the 12 home runs Gray has given up on the season, ten have come on the road in 17 less innings pitched than at home on the season and posts a 5.29 road ERA compared to a 2.67 ERA when pitching at home. Take Happ to hit a home run tonight at +550.
