Best Home Run Prop Bets – MLB Free HR Props Picks
Marcell Ozuna (ATL) +360
Erick Fedde gets the nod for the Cardinals today starting at Atlanta today taking on Marcell Ozuna and the Braves.
Fedde hasn’t given up a home run since starting at Boston back on April 4th but Ozuna is 7-12 with two home runs all-time against the Cardinals righty and just hit a home run yesterday in Atlanta’s 6-2 win over the Twins.
He had home runs on back-to-back days on April 10-11 and last April he smacked eight of his 39 total home runs for the season.
The Braves DH also prefers right handed over left handed pitching with one home run every 14 at-bats against righties last season and just one every 28 at bats against lefties.
It’s also worth noting that Ozuna sports a .719 slugging percentage at home this season compared to just a .333 slugging percentage in road games.
Take Ozuna to hit a home run tonight at +360 with other Braves to consider for a home run being Austin Riley (+360) and Sean Murphy (+500).
MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Paul Goldschmidt (NYY) +630
The Yankees have won six of their last seven games heading into their series at Cleveland starting tonight going up against righty Gavin Williams.
In 76 innings pitched last season, Williams allowed seven total home runs with five of them coming at home in 10 less innings pitched than he had on the road.
He has already allowed three home runs this season and we’re going to look at Paul Goldschmidt to hit his second home run of the season off him or the Guardians bullpen tonight.
The Yankees first baseman is hitting .455 on the road this season and is due to hit a home run off a right handed pitcher.
He has zero home runs in 60 at bats against righties this season, but hit one every 26 at bats last season against them.
Williams allowed three earned runs in just 4.1 innings pitched against the Yankees last season and allows righties to bat .270 this season compared to lefties just hitting .167 off him.
Take Goldschmidt at +630 to hit a home run with other Yankees to look at for a home run are Ben Rice (+420) and Austin Wells (+540).
