If Kutter Crawford is making a start for Boston, you know we have to look at opposing hitters with the Red Sox starter leading the league in home runs given up on the season with 27.

Three of his last four starts saw him give up at least three home runs as the Red Sox take on the Rangers at Fenway Park once again tonight.

This poses for a great opportunity for Corey Seager to hit a home run who is 4-8 with two home runs all-time against Crawford with them actually coming in Crawford’s start on Aug. 2 at Texas.

The Boston righty struggles against left-handed hitting in general this season giving up a home run once every 15 at-bats to lefties compared to one every 22 at-bats to right-handed hitters.

Seager already has seven home runs this month including one last night against the Red Sox and has four different instances of home runs in back-to-back games.

Against the Red Sox this season, Seager is batting .438 with four home runs which is the most against any team in the MLB.

Take Seager to hit a home run tonight at +230 with another viable option to hit a home run being Marcus Semien at +400 who is 3-10 with two home runs off Crawford in his career.

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Eugenio Suarez (ARI) +380

To say the least, Rockies starting pitcher tonight Austin Gomber has been shelled by Diamondbacks hitters throughout his career.

Specifically, Eugenio Suarez is 3-12 against Gomber all time with two of those hits being home runs. The Diamondbacks third baseman is having another down home run season compared to his stint with the Reds from 2015-2021.

He only has 17 home runs on the season but he started to pick up the pace in July with 10 home runs last month while hitting .333.

Suarez has loved playing at home this season belting a home run at Chase Field once every 18 at-bats compared to just one every 35 at-bats when playing on the road.

Gomber sports a 5.37 ERA when pitching on the road and has given up at least one home run in each of his last seven starts including two straight giving up two home runs a piece.

Take Suarez to hit a home run at +380 with another Diamondbacks hitter who could hit a home run being Lourdes Gurriel Jr. at +475 who is 3-11 with a home run off Gomber all-time.
