This is the 12th MLB season for veteran Jose Ramirez and he’s never topped 40 home runs for a single season, sitting just three away and two short of his career high 39 set back in 2018.
The Guardians have already wrapped up the AL Central and it looks like they’ll be locked into the 2nd seed in the American League come playoff time.
With business for the team taken care of for the time being, Ramirez could let loose over these last five games including against tonight’s starter for Cincinnati Jakob Junis who Ramirez has gone 9-36 against with two home runs in his career.
Junis has allowed seven home runs in 62 innings pitched this season with six of those seven coming on the road.
The Reds righty has only given up one home run in his last 19 innings pitched but he is a fly ball pitcher making him susceptible to giving up a home run in any given at-bat, especially against one of the games most consistent hitters.
Take Ramirez to hit a home run at +320 with another Guardians batter to consider being Josh Naylor at +380 who has one home run in eight at-bats against Junis all-time.

MLB HR Props Best Bet of the Day #2: Juan Soto (NYY) +475
The Yankees have all but wrapped up the AL East title up six games on Baltimore as these two go head-to-head in New York for a three-game set starting tonight.
Dean Kremer starts for Baltimore and has had a knack for giving up home runs to left-handed hitters this season with one home run given up every 20 at bats compared to just one given up every 47 at-bats to right handed hitting.
This makes a great opportunity for Juan Soto to hit a home run tonight having already hit 40 for the first time in his career in a single season.
Kremer gave up two home runs in his last start against the Giants and has already given up a home run to Soto this season way back on April 30th.
Take Soto to hit a home run at +475 with Aaron Judge another solid option at +285 to hit a home run who has three in 13 career at-bats vs Kremer.
