Freddie Freeman (LAD) +390
Freeman has 10 home runs this season, and tonight, he was a matchup against a pitcher he has seen well. On the season, Freeman is batting just .235 against lefties, and two of his 10 home runs have come against right-handed pitching. He has a 104 wCR+, a .263 BABIP, and a .122 ISO against lefties. Given these splits, the ballpark, and the fact he is facing a lefty, this is one of the best home run prop bets on the board.
Freeman is 6-11 in his career against Austin Gomber with two home runs and a double, and we expect Freeman to continue to get the best of him. Kyle Schwarber (PHI) +250
These odds are low for a home run, but Schwarber in June cannot be overlooked, and this should be easy cash. Schwarber hit two homers on Monday, and he has a good matchup to go to the yard again today. Schwarber has 16 home runs this season, and his 17th should be in his sights today in Philly. This is one of the best home run prop bets on the board.
Michael King is making the start for the Padres on the road. King has been solid this season; he has allowed 13 home runs this season, and six of them have come from left-handed batters. Schwarber is 2-4 in his career against King with a 98.1 miles per hour exit velocity. We expect him to get the better of King, finally, for one of the best home run prop bets on the board.
