Hitter Prop Prediction 1: Bryce Harper

Philadelphia Phillies designated hitter Bryce Harper finished the regular season with a .293 batting average, 21 home runs, 72 RBI and 84 runs scored across 542 plate appearances.

Harper is also hitting .316 (12-38) with five home runs and 8 RBI during the postseason. He has recorded 2+ Hits + Runs + RBI in 7 of his 12 playoff games.

Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Brandon Pfaadt finished the 2023 campaign with a 3-9 record, 5.72 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 94 strikeouts across 96 innings of work. Pfaadt has been sharp in the postseason with 2.13 ERA and 15 strikeouts across 12.2 innings pitched.

He just pitched 5.2 scoreless innings while allowing only two hits and striking out 9 against Philadelphia on Thursday night while holding Harper to 0-2.

However, that game was in Arizona and Harper is a proven clutch hitter especially come playoff time. Whether he gets the job done against Pfaadt or the bullpen, we are counting on the Phillies leader to put up a get the job done in a Game 7.

Hitter Prop Prediction 2: Corbin Carroll UNDER 1.5 Hits + Runs +RBIs (-125)

Arizona Diamondbacks left fielder Corbin Carroll wrapped up the regular season with a .285 batting average, 25 home runs, 76 RBI, 116 runs scored and 54 stolen bases across 635 plate appearances.

Carroll is also hitting .250 (10-40) with two home runs and 4 RBI in the post season. However, he has fallen short of 2+ Hits + Runs + RBI in 6 of 11 playoff games.

Even more concerning, Carroll has fallen short of 2+ HRR in 6 of his last 7 games while landing on only two in the other game.

Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Ranger Suarez finished the 2023 regular season campaign with a 4-6 record, 4.18 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 119 strikeouts across 125 innings of work. Suarez has been lights out in playoffs with a 1-0 record, 0.64 ERA and 13 strikeouts across 14 innings pitched.

He went head-to-head with Pfaadt on Thursday night, tossing 5.1 scoreless innings while scattering three hits and striking out 7.

Carroll is only 1-7 in his career against Suarez with no extra-base hits and he seems to be rookie that is running out of steam. When the lights shine brightest, we will count on the experienced players to get the job done which is part of our reasoning on taking a Carroll under tonight.
