Today’s MLB Home Run Prop Bets For June 16
Who hit the furthest home run yesterday? That honor goes to Teoscar Hernandez who hit one 461 feet off Orioles starter Bruce Zimmerman. WagerTalk content contributor Kyle Kargel provides his daily home run prop picks and predictions for Thursday, June 16 with odds provided by PointsBet.

Home Run Prop Prediction 1: Rhys Hoskins (+190)
Rhys Hoskins and the Phillies get Patrick Corbin and the Nationals in Washington D.C. tonight. His splits are hard to ignore against Corbin going 8-26 with two home runs in his career.
Corbin has been dreadful this year going 3-8 with a 6.65 ERA so far this season. He’s allowed three home runs in his last three starts combined.
Hoskins has been solid against left handed pitching in general this season hitting .297 compared to .237 against righties and five of his 13 home runs of his have come against lefties in 64 at-bats. The other eight home runs have come in 173 at-bats against righties.
The Phillies have yet to play the Nationals this season and they look to take advantage of the coming match ups as much as possible. Hoskins has been heating up in June hitting .365 this month with five home runs in 52 at-bats.
In May he had six home runs in 109 at-bats. Hoskins is listed at +190 but there is more value with other Phillies hitters including Bryce Harper (+320), Nicholas Castellanos (+310) and Alec Bohm (+450).
Home Run Prop Prediction 2: Adolis Garcia (+240)
The Rangers look to get back on track against a vulnerable opponent in the Tigers. Texas won three straight but have dropped their previous two and want to take advantage of Beau Brieske and the 12 home runs he’s already given up this year.
Adolis Garcia is a prime pick here riding a 7-game hitting streak including two home runs hit during that span. His batting average has improved each month hitting four home runs in each month as well.
I think that could change tonight with Garcia hitting his fifth home run this month. The Tigers were squashed 13-0 yesterday and were forced to use three different positional players out of the bullpen. Garcia bats .266 against righties with eight home runs.
Garcia is listed at +240 but you could cash with a couple others like Corey Seager (+280) and Nathaniel Lowe (+500).
