Daily K-Prop Prediction: Tyler Anderson Over 4.5 K’s (+100)
Tyler Anderson is not only plus money to go over this total, but he has struck out five or more batters in seven of his last eight starts! Anderson has been noticeably better when it comes to striking out batters on the road, striking out over a whole batter more per 9 innings away from home.
Part of the reason that Anderson has been able to rack up these strikeout totals has been his ability to go deep into games, and against a struggling offense like Cincinnati, I don’t see an issue with Anderson going deep again.
He has gone 6+ IP in six of his last seven starts and he takes on this struggling Cincinnati team that ranks in the bottom half of the league in strikeout percentage at home this season and against left-handed pitchers.
