Falter has struggled in all three of his outings where he’s allowed 14 runs (12 ER) on 17 hits across 15 innings of work.

He’s been hit hard with three home runs allowed in his last two outings and last time out he walked five batters.

The wind is blowing out tonight at 13 mph at PNC Park and Bell will be guaranteed a full nine innings of at-bats while playing on the road. Double-check to be sure Bell is in the starting the lineup and back him tonight, he won’t ‘Falter”.
