Cole Ragans has cleared this number in 63% of games this season, and he has a solid strikeout matchup today against the Marlins. The Marlins have a 24.8% K rate against left-handed pitching over their last 14 games. Ragans has been electric this season, so we are backing him. He is in the 88th percentile for K rate, the 68th for chase rate, and the 88th for whiff rate.

The Marlins have a 14.5% swinging strike rate over their last 14 games against lefties and a 356.7% chase rate. This number is too low, making it one of the best pitcher props today. We would even consider a ladder for Ragans.

Pitcher Props Today – Best Bets No.2: Casey Mize (DET) Under 3.5 Strikeouts (+120; DraftKings)

Mize is coming off a three-strikeout game against the Braves, and we like him to go under today against the Phillies. Mize has cleared this number in 50% of starts this season, so at plus money, this is a good bet. The Phillies have a 20.3% K rate against right-handed pitching over the last 14 games.

Mize is in the 8th percentile for K rate, the 28th for chase rate, and the 10th for whiff percentage. These metrics are poor, and the Phillies do not strike out a lot against righties. Mize also has poor advanced metrics, so the Phillies could get to him, making this one of the best pitcher props today.
