Yankees vs Blue Jays Expert Betting Advice
This will be the second series between these division rivals, the Blue Jays prevailed in two of three games in New York on April 21st-23rd. Toronto won the opener 6-1 and the closer 5-1 while New York won the 2nd game 3-2.
The Yankees won the 2022 series 11-8, going 5-5 at Yankee Stadium and 6-3 at Rogers Centre. I lean towards the Blue Jays side in Game 1 as Manoah has had the core Yankee hitter’s number over the years and Brito has struggled throughout the season with an ERA close to 6.00.
Aaron Judge seems to be heating up, hitting two home runs on Saturday and he is 9-27 with three home runs against Game 2 starter Kevin Gausman. I would look his way on the over for total bases in the second game.
Game 3 is great spot for a first five under as Bassitt has thrown 16 straight scoreless innings in his last two starts and Cole is obviously more than capable of keeping a lid on any offense.
Cole also has a great track record against current Jays outside of Vladdy. Look the opposite direction in Game 4 and go over in the first five innings. Both Cortes and Berrios have been getting hit hard and the Yankee sluggers have feasted on Berrios.
