Bucks vs Bulls Analysis

*All lines provided by DraftKings

The Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks go head-to-head in Game 2 at Fiserv Forum on Wednesday night.

The Bucks won Game One 93-86 behind a strong defensive performance that included holding the Bulls to only 15 points in the fourth quarter.

Nikola Vucevic had 24 points in the loss for Chicago. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 27 points and grabbed 16 rebounds for the defending champs.

Tip-off is scheduled for 9:30pm EST. The Bucks are 10 point favorites with a total set at 225 but we will be looking at this one from more of a props perspective.

Bucks vs Bulls Team Total Props

It look like odds makers are expected a lot more points as they have the Chicago Bulls team total at 107.5 and the Milwaukee Bucks at 117.5.

Obviously both teams fell well short of these totals with a 93-86 final in Game One. This has been a familiar trend for the Bulls when playing the Bucks, they have scored under 100 in three of the four head-to-head regular season matchups.

The Bucks have scored more than 118 points in three of those four games, while sweeping the season series. The Bulls shot horribly in Game One, only 32% from the field and 19% on 7 for 37 shooting from beyond the arc.

I think the Bulls shooting will improve, but I’m not sure they score an additional 15 points. This is obviously a bad matchup for Chicago so we are going under.

Team Total Prop Play: Chicago Bulls Under 107.5

Bucks vs Bulls Player Total Props

Looking at Game One there were a ton of unders with the low final score and such poor shooting. You would have to think that DeMar DeRozan shoots better than 6 for 25 from the field, but his point total still seems a bit high at 27.5.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had a monster game with 27 points, 16 rebounds and 3 assists, well below his PRA total of 50.5.

One thing that really stands out is Nikola Vucevic playing nearly 40 minutes with 24 points, 17 rebounds and 3 assists.

You can’t count on that type of production again necessarily, but I’m thinking 10 rebounds is doable. He needs to be on floor to counter the Bucks length.

During the regular season against the Bucks Vuc fell short on the rebounds more often than not, however he didn’t play near as many minutes as he will tonight. In his last 25 games with 35 minutes or more, Vucevic has had double digit rebounds 18 times.

Player Prop Play: Nikola Vucevic Over 9.5 Rebounds -140

Bucks vs Bulls Prediction

As always we are going to use the top player prop lowered as much as possible, so Vucevic over 7.5 rebounds. Let’s stick with another amazing guy on the boards with Giannis Antetokounmpo.

As we mentioned earlier he had 16 rebounds in Game One in only 34 minutes. Antetokounmpo actually had 11 rebounds at halftime, that’s how many we will ask for in the entire game tonight.

I don’t see the Bucks losing many games in this series, especially at home. We add the Bucks money line and land on -110 odds for a high probability parlay.

Same Game Parlay Play:
Nikola Vucevic Over 7.5 Rebounds
Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 10.5 Rebounds
Milwaukee Bucks ML -550
-110
