Bucks vs Heat Analysis
The Miami Heat travel to Milwaukee to face the Bucks in a clash between two of the Eastern Conferences elite.
The Bucks improved to 37-25 and sit at 4th place in the East after boat racing the Charlotte Hornets at home 130-106. Meanwhile the Miami Heat maintained their top spot in the conference with an impressive 112-99 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
The home team has prevailed in all three head-to-head meetings with the Heat winning 137-95 and 113-104 and Bucks winning 124-102.
Milwaukee will be looking to even the season series 2-2-, in what could potentially become a future playoff series.
Heat Torch Rivals
The Miami Heat have been on an amazing run recently, they have won four straight and 9 of their last 10 games.
They took home a crucial victory over the Eastern Conference rival Chicago Bulls in their last game. Tyler Herro and Gabe Vincent led the team with 20 points each.
The next man up mentality from the Heat has been amazing, as they continue to win games regardless of who is available to play.
Most recently they have overcome Kyle Lowry missing action and he will continue to be out tonight. The Heat rank 5th with 104.7 points allowed a game and 16th with 109.5 points scored per game.
Bucks Attempt to Gain Ground
The Milwaukee Bucks haven’t been able consistently string together wins all season long. They did win their last game against the Charlotte Hornets but that was only their second win in their last six games.
They have given up 119 points or more in 5 of their last 6 games. Giannis Antetokounmpo had a monster game with 26 points, 16 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks.
The Bucks are opposite of the Heat, in that they thrive on offense and struggle on defense. They rank 5th in scoring with 113.6 points a game and 16th in scoring defense with 110 points allowed to their opponents. The Bucks come into this contest with a clean injury report.
Bucks vs Heat Prediction
The Milwaukee Bucks enter this game as 4.5 point favorites with a total set at 225.5. This could definitely be a potential Eastern Conference Finals preview given the talent and experience of these two teams.
I strongly considered the over, but with such a high total everything would have to go right. On top of that, both teams may ratchet up the defense to playoff intensity.
Based on how these teams trade victories this would be the Bucks game to win. However, the Heat are playing at such a high level recently that I expect them to keep this close, even without the services of Kyle Lowry.
Prediction: Miami Heat +4.5

Bucks vs Heat Player Props
From GoldSheet: The home team won and covered all 3 this season, and although Miami had success in both games at the FTX Arena this year, the Heat had lost 5 straight in the series with just 1 cover and are 0-5 in last 5 trips to Milwaukee’s FiServ Forum.
That’s a trend, but so is the Bucks’ record at home of late, which reveals they are just 5-10 against the points in their last 15 as host and hasn’t covered 2 straight at FiServ since November and is just 5-13 laying single digits at home. Meanwhile, Miami is 12-5 as a dog this season and 32-20 against the number when the Heat are rested.
Eric Spoelstra has his team in a positive rhythm, as Miami has won 9 of 10 including 6 straight road games in that surge. Jimmy Butler and C Bam Adebayo have missed 2 games each in this series and both should be rested and ready this time around.
Heat G Kyle Lowry is out for the Heat, but he’s missed 10 of the last 19 anyway. Miami a heavy “over” team this season, especially on the road where the Heat went that way 21-13, while Milwaukee “over” 7-2 last 9 and early number we’re seeing appears very reasonable.
Play Miami and the Over. At FanDuel, Butler’s point total has opened at 21.5 (over -110) with Antetokounmpo’s at 28.5 (over -106).
