Bulls vs Timberwolves Analysis
The Wolves are coming off a bizarre 132-119 loss to Sacramento, and the Bulls are coming off a 121-109 win to Charlotte, and both teams feature players who are putting up big numbers. Let’s take a look at some props for this game.
Team Totals Props
Huge team totals in this one as the Timberwolves are 119.5 and the Bulls are 121.5. The Bulls have averaged 122.5 their last two games, and the Timberwolves have averaged 126.5 their last two so I can see why there are this many points in the team totals.
I’ll take Minnesota over 119.5 as Towns should thrive against Vucevic and Russell and Edwards should shred Lavine and Green on the outside. No opinion on the Bulls team total.

Player Props
We’re waiting for the Timberwolves props to come out, but as soon as they do I’ll be taking D’Angelo Russell over his Points+Rebounds+Assists. He’s been good coming off the injury going over in two of his three games since the return, and the game he went under he had a lousy night from three pointers.
Towns is going to be a good bet for his Reb+Assts but I would not play an over on his points as he hasn’t gone over 25 points in five straight. Favorite play has to be Demar Derozan over 28.5 points. He’s been on a heater and has 31 points or more in four straight games.

Home-oriented series has seen the host win and cover eight of last nine meetings.
This is the first encounter in 2021-22 for these two, and Chicago, which had its “over” streak stopped at seven in Charlotte on Wednesday, is only 8-11 straight up since Jan. 9, a downturn not unrelated to the loss of Lonzo Ball, who was injured Jan. 14 vs. Golden State, as well as his backup Alex Caruso (missed 23 of the last 25 games with various issues).
Minnesota has been on a different track, going 13-6 SU (covered five of last six as well). However, Minny’s real trend has been “over” the totals 27-10 in the Timberwolves last 37 games.
Minnesota leads the league with the fastest pace over the past 15 games, and the oddsmakers have put this one up higher than any this season (Rockets Kings were 239 in their last encounter).
It’s a big number, especially with Anthony Edwards having knee problems and questionable to play, but Timberwolf games have gone over 240 in four of last six. Minny has dropped last four as a road dog and it is, after all, a home-oriented series.
