Cleveland Cavaliers vs LA Clippers Analysis

The Clippers play in Cleveland tonight after getting the win last night in Detroit behind Morris’ 31 points where the Cavs need to get some momentum going as they’ve lost eight out of 11. We’re going to take a look at this game from a props perspective and find the best team total and player prop available.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs LA Clippers Team Totals

The books don’t expect a barn burner tonight as the Clippers’ team total is at 102.5, and the Cavs’ team total is 109.5 points. The Cavs’ team total seems a bit high to be as they’ve only scored 91 and 105 against Chicago and Miami the last two games, and their injuries and lack of depth is really affecting them. Now, Markkanen and Wade are questionable tonight.

Mobley is playing well, but without Jarrett Allen in the lineup he’s getting overwhelmed, and Zubac will be a tough matchup for him. I’ll take the under on that one.

I lean toward the over on the Clippers as they’ve been scoring recently, but Cleveland can play good defense and has held two out of the last four opponents under this total

Recommendation: Cavaliers’ Team Total Under 109.5 Points

Cleveland Cavaliers vs LA Clippers Player Props

Isaac Okoro has been an under machine as his points + rebounds + assists total is 14.5, and he’s only gone over that total one time in seven games so I’ll play him under.

I also like Batum under his points total at 10.5 points + rebounds + assists. He’s only gotten double digits five times since February 1, which means 12 games he’s gone under this total. When he goes under, he has low shot attempt totals so we’re hoping for others to do a majority of the shooting.

I will wait on the word on Markkanen and Wade…if one or both or out, I’ll take Garland over 24.5 points as he’ll have to produce a big chunk of Cleveland’s points tonight, but be patient on that play. For now, lock in Okoro under as that’s my favorite.

Recommendation: Isaac Okoro Under 14.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
