Heat vs 76ers Analysis
*All lines provided by DraftKings
With the series tied at two games each, the 76ers will travel to Miami to take on the Heat, and there are a lot of moving parts with injuries and lineups, but we’ll focus on that as we look at the best Team and Player Props for this game.
Heat vs 76ers Team Total Props
Kyle Lowry has been ruled out with his hamstring issue, but I don’t think it affects the team totals. The 76ers team total is 103.5 and the Heat team total is 105.5. The 76ers have gone over their total one time, but it was last game with Embiid back from injury.
The Heat have gone over this total in three games, with the one game they went under being an outlier where they scored 79 points. Last game, the Heat scored 108 and only shot 20% from three pointers, so I expect that to regress up at home which will help them get over this 105.5 total. I also expect the 76ers to go over their total as well.
They had a very nice team effort last game, and Harden broke out of his slump and the presence of Embiid opened up shots for everyone else. I’ll take the over for the 76ers as well.
Team Total Props: Both teams to go over their team total (76ers 103.5) (Heat 105.5)
Heat vs 76ers Player Props
Danny Green went way under his point total the first two games, but flew over his point total with the return of Embiid. When the Heat double team Embiid, Green gets open looks so I’ll take over 7.5 points for Danny Green.
I’ll also take Oladipo over 17.5 PRA. He had 20 PRA last game and with Lowry out he should do well as Lowry was out in game two and Oladipo went for 26 PRA. Finally, I’ll take Embiid over 25.5 points.
He finished with 24 points, but didn’t score the last 14:25 of the game. I expect him to feel more comfortable with the mask, and to get near the 30 point mark tonight.
Player Prop Play: Danny Green Over 7.5 Points
Heat vs 76ers Same Game Parlay
I expect Embiid to perform well as he scored 24 last game with no 4th quarter points so getting to 22 should be no problem for him. Embiid returning and Lowry being out are two big problems for Miami.
Philly is a live dog, but I’ll take their alternate spread at +10.5 to keep it within double digits. Danny Green has been good since Embiid returned, and he only needs to hit two 3-pointers to get over this total, and he’s made three and seven long shots in the two games with Embiid.
Same Game Parlay:
Joel Embiid Alt Points OVER 21.5
Alt Spread 76ers +10.5
Danny Green Over 5.5 Points
