Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors Analysis
The Grizzlies will host the Warriors as Golden State will finish up a five game road trip tonight, and we’ll take a look at the team total and player props in this game.
It looks like Klay Thompson will be out in the second leg of the back-to-back and Morant is still out for Memphis so there are plenty of stats to be had in this one. Let’s find the best props for tonight.
Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors Team Totals
The Warriors’ team total is 105.5 while Memphis sits at 116.5 for tonight so the books expect a Grizzlies win by a big margin. Golden State has gone over this total the last two games despite losing both those games, but Memphis has held three out of four opponents under this total. I’ll lean under, especially if Jaren Jackson plays as Memphis has been the 6th best defensive team the last week, and Golden State might mail this game in.
I like the Grizzlies over 116.5 here though as Golden State won’t have any good defenders out there, and Memphis has had the third highest pace and the 2nd best offensive efficiency the last week.
Recommendation: Grizzlies’ Team Total Over 116.5 Points
Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors Player Props
I’ll take Jordan Poole over 25.5 points as he’s the best offensive weapon tonight for Golden State and he should get tons of shot attempts as Klay won’t play tonight and he had 22 shots last night. Draymond is out, so it should be the Jordan Poole show for the Warriors.
I’ll take an under next with Dillon Brooks as his points + rebounds + assists total is 26.5, and he hasn’t gone over this total in any of his six games since returning from injury. He’s played 26 minutes or fewer in five of six games as well so limited minutes means limited stats.
Recommendation: Jordan Poole Over 25.5 Points
Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors Same-Game Parlay
- Alt Spread Grizzlies -3.5
- Jordan Poole 20+ Points
- Tyus Jones 1+ 3 pointer
-111 Odds at FanDuel
I see this game as a throwaway game for Golden State as they wrap up a five game road trip and are playing a back to back tonight. Memphis has been rolling and should win by margin tonight. I like Poole over 25.5 points as he’s their best option tonight, so lowering to 20 seems like a no brainer. Tyus Jones has made a three pointer in 14 out of 15 games, I’ll take him to hit at least one tonight.
