NBA Player Props Predictions 1: Kyle Lowry OVER 8.5 Points (-140) DK

Miami Heat point guard Kyle Lowry is averaging 9.1 points per game while clearing this point total in 5 of his last 7 games.

This includes a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers where Lowry scored a season high 28 points only two weeks ago.

Its makes sense considering the Cavs allow the 3rd most points to opposing point guards with 25.88 per game and a staggering 20 of 21 opposing point guards have gone over this line.

Lowry has fallen short of this number in two straight games, so this game offers the perfect bounce back spot and that’s why we are getting this low number.

The Heat will also be extremely short-handed as starters Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro and Haywood Highsmith have all already been ruled out and Duncan Robinson is listed as probable.

Lowry played the role of facilitator the past two games, but the Heat will need his scoring tonight against a Cavs team that currently has a major advantage in the paint. Look for Lowry to thrive as a scorer tonight in Miami.

NBA Player Props Predictions 2: Mike Conley OVER 2.5 Rebounds (-125) DK

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Mike Conley is averaging 3 rebounds per game, clearing this number in 13 of his first 20 games.

This includes a game against the Memphis Grizzlies where he recorded four rebounds in late November. The Grizz do allow the MOST rebounds (7.55/game) to opposing point guards and 5th most rebounds in general.

Memphis also ranks 29th in made field goals which is part of the reason why so many rebounds are available.

The Grizzlies have allowed 9 of the last 11 opposing point guards to clear their season average including Killian Hayes & Cade Cunningham (4 each in same game, Kyrie Irving (5), Jordan Goodwin (5), Jrue Holiday (6), Russell Westbrook (9) and Kyle Lowry (11).

This is a surprising number as we just need Conley to hit his average in what amounts to a dream matchup.
