NBA Player Props Predictions 1: Clint Capela, Hawks UNDER 10.5 Points (-120) DK

Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela has averaged 11.4 points per game on 57.7% shooting from the field while clearing this point total in 22 of 37 games on the season for a 59% success rate.

However, Capela has been in recent scoring drought falling short of 11+ points in four of his last five games.

He only scored 13 points in the lone game where he went over against a weak San Antonio Spurs defense, and he’s failed to score more than 13 points in his last nine games.

Enter the Orlando Magic who hold opposing centers to the 5th fewest points with only 20.68 per game. Capela has faced the Magic twice this season and only managed to score 6 & 4 points, not enough to clear this total in two games combined.

The Orlando bigs are fully healthy and they have three different bodies to throw at Capela. Look for another game where Capela lands around 6-7 shots and falls short of this mark.

NBA Player Props Predictions 2: Khris Middleton, Bucks OVER 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-120) DK

Milwaukee Bucks small forward Khris Middleton is averaging 14.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists for an average of 24.1 Points + Rebounds + Assists through the first 34 games of the season.

Middleton has only recorded 27+ PRA in 13 of 34 games on the season but has cleared this mark in 8 of his last 11 games.

The only games he fell short where against a brutal Houston Rockets defense and in blowouts against the Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs where he played only 15 and 20 minutes.

When Middleton plays 30+ minutes, he has cleared this number in 20 of his last 22 games during the last two seasons.

The spread is only -4 in Cleveland tonight and the Cavs are on a five-game winning streak. The Cavs also allow the 4th most rebounds (8.16/game) and 11th most assists (4.23/game) to opposing small forwards.

Middleton already posted a 27 PRA performance against Cleveland in December and that’s all it will take to cash this ticket tonight.
