NBA Player Props Predictions 1: Double-Double Parlay – Jarrett Allen, Cavaliers (-180) + Rudy Gobert, Timberwolves (-290) Final Price (+109) DK
We have a bit of a different angle today as we will parlay two players to record a double-double in Jarrett Allen (-180) and Rudy Gobert (-290) with a final price of +109.
Allen finds himself riding an amazing streak of 12 straight double-doubles that includes two games against tonight’s opponent the Milwaukee Bucks.
Allen posted a 21-point, 13 rebound effort against Milwaukee a week ago after landing on 30 points and 12 rebounds against them on December 29th.
Gobert has recorded a double-double in 12 of his last 16 games and while averaging 13.2 points and 12.5 rebounds per game on the season.
The Washington Wizards couldn’t be a better matchup as they allow the MOST points (27.39/game) and MOST rebounds (18.73/game) to opposing centers.
They also allow MOST points and rebounds in general while allowing the 3rd most points in the paint. That’s where Gobert does all of his damage so he should absolutely feast on them tonight.
NBA Player Props Predictions 2: Dejounte Murray, Hawks Over 7.5 Assists (-125) FD
Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Dejounte Murray is averaging 5.0 assists per game while only clearing this total in 8 of 43 games on the season for a 19% success rate to the over.
However, Trae Young is out with a concussion and Murray has recorded 8+ assists in 8 of his 11 games without Young on the court since joining the Hawks.
Murray also landed on 7, 6 and 5 assists in the three game he fell short. He landed on 6 assists in Sacramento on Monday night without Young playing but did record 18 potential assists.
Murray just needs his teammates to step up and hit a few extra shots to clear this number as Murray proved with an 11 assist, 20 potential assist effort against the Miami Heat on January 19th.
The Golden State Warriors have allowed the 2nd most assists overall in their last 10 games and their defensive efforts will be focused on stopping Murray as a scorer.
We know the potential assists will be there, we just need some better shooting from his teammates in a game against a team that has struggled defensively.
