OKC Thunder vs Milwaukee Bucks Analysis

The Milwaukee Bucks enter Tuesday night’s game in Oklahoma City a half-game behind the Philadelphia 76ers for the second spot in the Eastern Conference.

They Keep Covering Spreads

It is no secret that the Thunder are one of the best teams at covering the spread so far this season. Their win-loss record may be just 9-22 at home, but as a home underdog, the Thunder are 16-11 against the spread.

However, as a home underdog of 9.5 or more points, the Thunder are just 4-4 against the spread. The Thunder are coming off back-to-back losses and are 3-7 in their last ten games.

Defending Champs Finding Their Form

The Milwaukee Bucks have begun to re-establish themselves as the force to be reckoned with we have all known they are. The Bucks are on a four-game winning streak and all four wins have come against teams that will almost surely be in the playoffs this season.

Giannis is making sure MVP voters do not forget about him down the stretch and the Bucks have a shot to win the Eastern Conference and secure home court for the playoffs. This is a must-win for the Bucks as they look to close the gap on their three-game deficit in the standings.

OKC Thunder vs Milwaukee Bucks Prediction

The first time these two teams played this season was back in November and the Bucks won but did not cover the spread. Since then, both of these teams have transformed and are on entirely different waves confidence-wise.

The Bucks are 14-7 against the spread as a road favorite this year and 3-1 as a road favorite of 9.5+ points. I like the Bucks to win and cover the large spread against the Thunder tonight.

I will not be surprised if the Thunder put up a fight like they consistently do against superior opponents. But a lineup without Josh Giddey, Lu Dort and Jeremiah Robinson Earl is not enough to keep up with the defending champs.
