NFL Week 7 Passing Props Prediction: CJ Stroud Houston Texans Over 257.5 Passing Yards (-115) DK

Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud has thrown for 260+ yards in 3 of his last 5 games with 331+ yards in two of those contests.

Stroud is coming off a game where he only recorded 192 yards but that was game against the New England Patriots where the Texans built a lead early and let off the gas.

Now he faces a better matchup as the Green Bay Packers allow the 8th most passing yards with 228.7 per game.

All six opposing quarterbacks have cleared their respective passing yard totals against Green Bay this season and four of them have thrown for 260+ yards.

Jordan Love is healthy, and the Pack has scored 24+ points in all four games he started. Considering Green Bay is favored by -3, the Texans should be in a pass heavy game script throughout this contest.

Nico Collins is still on the shelf with a hamstring injury, but Joe Mixon has been limited in practice this week with an ankle injury so Stroud should be leaning on his other weapons in Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell and Dalton Schultz.

Stroud is accustomed to playing in a controlled environment, but it’s projected to be sunny with temps in the 70’s at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon.

NFL Week 7 Passing Props Prediction: Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs Over 0.5 Interceptions (-115) DK

Patrick Mahomes has thrown an interception in all six of his games this season which may seem strange on the surface, but he was also picked off in 11 of 16 regular season games last season.

Mahomes has also thrown an interception in each of his last two head-to-head games against the San Francisco 49ers including last season’s Super Bowl.

The 49ers are a top 10 team for interceptions with six on the season. They have managed to record an interception in each of their last three games including two last week against Geno Smith.

The 49ers will be out for revenge and this game is close to a pick’em so it should stay close throughout the contest.

Mahomes and company are coming off a bye, but they are also playing in a hostile environment on the West Coast. Mahomes threw up and down the field in his last game against New Orleans, but he still threw an interception, and I fully expect the same on Sunday afternoon.
