On the season, the Chiefs are 2-1 SU and 2-1 ATS. The Jets are 1-2 SU and ATS. These teams are 5-5 SU in their L10 meetings, but Kansas City is 7-3 ATS. Those games went 6-4 to the under.

The Chiefs are 4-1 ATS in their L5 games and five of their L7 games have gone under the total. The Jets are 1-6 ATS in their L7 games and 1-8 SU in their L9 games. The Jets are 1-5 SU in their L6 games against AFC West opponents.

Things went great for the Chiefs on Sunday. Taylor Swift was in town, Travis Kelce found the end zone, the Chiefs defense continued their great play, and Kansas City won by 31. What more is there to say?

This game was over before it started. Kansas City put up 27 points in the 2nd quarter, held the Bears to almost under 150 yards through three quarters, and dominated every facet of this game.

While beating the worst team in the NFL is expected for the Chiefs, it’s nice that they were able to flex their muscles and remind everyone that they are still the Chiefs.

On the other hand, it was borderline rude for Zach Wilson to remind everyone that he is still Zach Wilson. He sucks, and when he sees Bill Belichick, he sucks even worse.

Zach Wilson went 18-36 for 157 yards. Amazingly, he was sacked three times and did not turn it over. He only led the Jets to 171 total yards and a single touchdown.

Now, the Jets’ defense has a tough test. New York is a 9-point home underdog, and it’s easy to see why.

Chiefs vs Jets Prediction: The PICK

If the Chiefs’ defense continues its hot streak, this Jets offense will do nothing against Kansas City. Even though the Jets’ defense looks good, Mahomes and the Chief’s run game should be able to rack up yardage at will, just like Dallas did two weeks ago.

Maybe the Jets and Wilson show up for primetime, but this game feels like another New York football embarrassment on national TV in the making. So, laying the 9.5 with the Chiefs is the best way to approach this game.
