Dolphins vs Bills Player Prop Pick 1: James Cook Over 55.5 Rushing Yards (-140)

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook is enjoying his time as the feature back and has recorded 267 rushing yards and 67 receiving yards in his first three games of the season.

Cook has cleared this total in two of three of those games with 15 carries for 98 yards last week against the Washington Commanders and 17 carries for 123 yards against the Vegas Raiders the week prior.

Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins are carving up opponents at a frantic pace and unless you live under a rock, you must have heard about them scoring 70 points in Week 3 against the Denver Broncos.

If the Bills play into a track meet, we could see the mistake-prone Josh Allen from Week 1. Instead, Buffalo will look to control tempo with the ground attack and that means a steady diet of James Cook.

The Georgia product has logged 44 carries this season while backups Latavius Murray and Damien Harris have combined for only 26.

The Fins have struggled against the run as they currently rank 24th in yards allowed and 25th in yards allowed per carry. Look for Cook to get plenty of time in the kitchen this Sunday in Miami and record 56+ rushing yards in the process.

Dolphins vs Bills Player Prop Pick 2: Dalton Kincaid Over 2.5 Receptions (-110)

While Dawson Knox has the touchdown, Dalton Kincaid has been that favorite target in the Buffalo Bills two-headed tight end monster as he has recorded 11 receptions for 72 yards while Knox has only 7 receptions for 46 yards.

Kincaid has recorded 3+ receptions in two of three games with four grabs for 26 yards in Week 1 against the Jets and 5 receptions for 43 yards in Week 2 against the Raiders.

He did fall short last week against the Washington Commanders, catching both his targets for only three yards as the wide outs and backs did the damage.

The Dolphins defense does rank middle of the pack against the tight end position but and they have only allowed one player to clear this total. However, they also weren’t tested in two of three games as the Broncos and Chargers both barely targeted the position.

In Week 2 the Patriots Hunter Henry caught 6 passes for 52 yards in the same game Mike Gesicki caught 5 for 33 yards.

The game features the highest total of the week at 54 so the Bills will obviously need to score their fair share of points.

Look for Allen to utilize his tight ends as safety blankets, pushing Kincaid over his low reception total of 2.5 this Sunday in Miami.
