The Detroit Lions play man-to-man coverage at the highest rate in the NFL and Allen has one of the best passer ratings against that defense (105.2).

Detroit also has a banged up front seven, it’s watered down their pass rush and that will give Allen time to pick them apart. This game sets up perfectly for another 2+ passing touchdowns from Allen in another shootout. 

NFL Week 15 Passing Props Prediction: Drake Maye, New England Patriots Over 21.5 Pass Completions (-125)

Drake Maye has covered this line in 5 of his last 7 games including each of his last three games with 24, 22 and 29 pass completions.

His only two unders came against the New York Jets where he missed to second half due to a concussion and a 15-completion performance against the Chicago Bears in a game where the Patriots dominated defensively.

That shouldn’t be the case in a road game that’s basically a must-win for an Arizona Cardinals team that’s favored by nearly a touchdown. Arizona has allowed 7 of the last 8 opposing quarterbacks to record 22+ completions with Sam Darnold falling short on the hook with 21.

The Patriots have the worst offensive line in the NFL and Maye has been sacked 11 times in the last three games.

However, Maye has developed a great rapport with his tight ends, and he’s shown the ability to complete short passes under pressure to eclipse this number.
