Monday Night Football Prop Prediction 1: Jordan Addison

The Vikings are going to have to move the ball somehow tonight if it’s not going to be on the ground with starting RB Alexander Mattison averaging only 53 rushing yards per game this season.

The 49ers boast a top-3 rushing defense in the NFL so lets go with Addison to get up and over 50.5 receiving yards on Monday Night Football.

San Francisco does still sport a top 10 passing defense but Addison has seen more targets since Justin Jefferson landed on IR.

The rookie out of USC has gone over 50.5 receiving yards in four of five games if you don’t count the game against the Panthers in which he got injured.

Sure the Vikings haven’t looked great this season but all their losses have been by single digits so don’t expect them to lay down in this matchup.

Look for Addison to be some sort of positive difference maker in tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup going up and over 50.5 receiving yards.

This means he could have some more knowledge about the opposing defense more-so than any given week when it comes to Dan Quinn’s defense in Dallas.

The Cowboys have only given up 185 yards passing per game on the season but Justin Herbert will be the best QB they’ve faced all season going against the likes of Joshua Dobbs, Daniel Jones, Mac Jones, Zach Wilson and Brock Purdy.

Look for Palmer to be a key part of the Chargers offense tonight getting up up and over 43.5 yards receiving against the Cowboys.

Monday Night Football Prop Prediction 1: Jordan Addison, Vikings OVER ~50.5 Receiving Yards

Monday Night Football Prop Prediction 2: Jauan Jennings, 49ers OVER ~29.5 Receiving Yards

The 49ers are banged up on offense heading into Monday Night Football with Deebo Samuel and Trent Williams already ruled out and Christian McCaffery listed as questionable.

As a result we should see some more of Jauan Jennings who’s receiving yard number is listed at 29.5 ahead of Monday Night Football.

He had a season high in targets last week with four with Samuel going down so, now that the 49ers have had a whole week to prepare without Samuel, Jennings should see 5-8 targets tonight which should net him 30 receiving yards.

Even with Samuel in the lineup Jennings has still passed this number twice on the season and seven times during the regular season in 2022.

If McCaffery plays we could see him limited in some capacity leading to more pass attempts for San Francisco.

Look for Jennings to step up and contribute more so tonight with injuries to 49ers players getting up and over 29.5 receiving yards during Monday Night Football.
