Monday Night Football Prop Prediction 1: Joshua Palmer

It seems as if Joshua Palmer and not Quentin Johnson is benefiting from the absence of Mike Williams who was placed on IR back on September 26th.

The Chargers had a bye week last week but in the two games before that he accumulated 15 targets, seven catches and 143 yards combined.

His yards are listed at 43.5 for tonight’s game in which he shouldn’t have a problem passing given that OC Kellen Moore used to be the OC at Dallas.

This means he could have some more knowledge about the opposing defense more-so than any given week when it comes to Dan Quinn’s defense in Dallas.

The Cowboys have only given up 185 yards passing per game on the season but Justin Herbert will be the best QB they’ve faced all season going against the likes of Joshua Dobbs, Daniel Jones, Mac Jones, Zach Wilson and Brock Purdy.

Look for Palmer to be a key part of the Chargers offense tonight getting up up and over 43.5 yards receiving against the Cowboys.

Monday Night Football Prop Prediction 2: Dak Prescott Over ~253.5 Passing Yards (-145)

The Chargers have been absolutely shredded in the secondary this season allowing 329 passing yards per game on the season heading into tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup.

This game figures to be a shootout in which Dak Prescott should have no problem getting over 253.5 passing yards.

He only threw for 153 yards in the Cowboys 42-10 blowout loss to the 49ers last week but before that went over this number in two of three games including to the Patriots and Jets who both sit in the top half of NFL teams in passing yards allowed per game.

The Cowboys have been running it more as of late but might see a nice opportunity to go through the air more against a vulnerable Chargers secondary on Monday Night Football. Take Prescott to throw for over 253.5 passing yards against the Chargers.
