Monday Night Football Prop Prediction 1: D.K. Metcalf

Darius Slay has been ruled out for this game which could mean D.K. Metcalf putting up solid receiving numbers in tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup against the Eagles.

He hauled in two catches for 52 yards in last week’s loss to the 49ers as Drew Lock made his first start of the season.

He’ll start again tonight and should be more acclimated to the offense with the Eagles giving up 277 receiving yards per game which is 3rd worst in the NFL.

The Seahawks need a win desperately to keep their playoff hopes alive as a loss will drop them to 6-8 which could be enough to keep them out of the picture come season’s end.

Take Metcalf to get over 61.5 receiving yards on Monday Night Football against the Eagles at home tonight, something he’s done in seven of 12 games on the season.

Turning to the Philadelphia side of things, Jalen Hurts rolls in questionable with a flu which could limit him in all capacities.

With that being said, the Seahawks rank bottom 10 in rushing yards per game given up which could mean high usage for RB D’Andre Swift.

His rushing yards number is set at 60.5 heading in which he’s failed to meet in back-to-back games, but has gone over in six games on the season.

He’s already set a career high in rushing yards for a season, but he has his eye’s on a 1,000 yard campaign which he’s only 178 yards short of with four games left including tonight.

He’s only compiled 17 total carries over the last two games, but the Eagles were in catch up mode for most of those games limiting Swift’s impact.

Take the Philadelphia RB to generate 61+ yards of rushing as the Eagles attempt to establish the rushing attack early and often for Monday Night Football against the Seahawks.
