Anytime Touchdown Scorer Prop Prediction 1: Kenneth Walker III, Seahawks Anytime TD (-125 or better projected line)

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III has recorded 345 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns on 83 carries for an average of 4.2 yards per carry thus far in the 2023 campaign. Walker III has also added 100 receiving yards while catching 11 of his 13 targets.

More importantly, he has now scored a touchdown in four straight games including a short 1-yard run to open the game this past week against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Arizona Cardinals run defense has allowed five rushing touchdowns so far in the 2023 campaign which is 5th most in the NFL.

This includes a five-yard 4th quarter scamper by Kyren Williams that helped ice the Los Angeles Rams Week 6 victory.

The Cardinals are also one of four teams that have allowed a league-high four receiving touchdowns to opposing running backs while no other team as allowed more than two.

While Walker III has yet to hit paydirt through the air, he has caught 3+ passes in three of five games and eventually one will land him in the end zone.

The Seahawks are playing at home as the second biggest favorite (-8) of Week 7. Walker’s carries are as consistent as you can get with 19, 17, 18 and 17 the last four games and he will get plenty of scoring opportunities in this one.

Anytime TD Scorer Prediction 2: Stefon Diggs, Bills Anytime TD (+100)

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs has caught 49 of his 66 targets for 620 yards and five touchdowns thus far in the 2023 campaign.

He currently sits only one score behind the Miami Dolphins Tyreek Hill for the league lead in receiving touchdowns and he has scored in two of his last three games.

The only players with more targets are the Cincinnati Bengals Ja’Marr Chase and the Los Angeles Rams Puka Nacua. The New England Patriots rank middle of the pack with five touchdowns allowed to opposing wide receivers.

However, they have also allowed a staggering 93 points scored against them in their last three games alone and this isn’t a who’s who of prolific offenses as they allowed both the Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saints to set season highs in scoring.

Since joining the Bills, Diggs has been a Patriots killer with touchdowns in four of six head-to-head games including a three-touchdown game in 2020.

Last season, Diggs scored in both games while catching 14 passes for 196 yards. Bill Belichick is known for taking away the oppositions top option and he will certainly focus on Diggs this Sunday.

However, even Belichick can only do so much to overcome a lack of talent and Josh Allen has essentially been force feeding Diggs on a weekly basis. Let’s go with a Diggs TD at +100 or better for the second play this week.
