What a statement win for Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. Baltimore played host to the 5-1 Lions on Sunday, and they won the game before halftime.

Lamar played an MVP game. He went 21-27 for 357 yards, three touchdown passes, and a touchdown run. Baltimore walked into halftime up 38-0, scored to start the third quarter, and ended up winning 38-6.

Everything Detroit did well happened during garbage time, which essentially was from the 2-minute warning of the first half on.

This was an impressive performance on every level, and the Ravens need to be taken seriously as title contenders now.

Cardinals Football Preview

On the other hand, the Cardinals are back to the bottom of the NFL, where they belong. This roster is so talentless.

Unsurprisingly, this team is bad; they rallied off tough games against NFC East opponents head coach Jonathan Gannon was familiar with, but against everyone else, this team looks lost.

Arizona forced three turnovers, but not even that was enough to help this team score more than 10 points.

When Kyler comes back, maybe this team will finally get some momentum going, but right now, they are confirming everyone’s priors that this team is at least a touchdown worse than the average NFL team on a neutral field.

Ravens vs Cardinals Prediction: The PICK

Baltimore has not been great covering large spreads in Lamar’s career, and doing so on the road is a tough task.

However, Baltimore is playing their best football right now, and Arizona looks like the worst team in the NFL.

Unless the Ravens are tired from traveling to and from London and now to Arizona, Baltimore should throttle Arizona on Sunday.
