NFL Week 17 Props Team Total: Denver Broncos Over 22.5 (-122)

The Denver Broncos offensive attack has been on fire with 27+ points in five straight games for a combined total of 266 points during that span of time.

They have taken advantage of weak defenses, and they face another one on Saturday as the Cincinnati Bengals have allowed the 5th most points (26.2/game) and 5th most yards (360/game) on the season.

The Bengals have allowed 24+ points in 6 of their last 8 games while only holding the Cleveland Browns under 20 points.

Cincinatti games have gone over the total in 10 of 15 games while averaging a combined 56 points per game and we have a total of 49.5 in this contest.

This game sets up to be another shootout as both teams rank in the top 10 for passing plays of 20+ yards and the weather will be favorable with projected temperatures close to 60 degrees. Look for both teams to push the scoring a game with major playoff implications. 

NFL Week 17 Props Team Total: Las Vegas Raiders Under 20.5 (-138)

The Las Vegas Raiders haven’t scored 20 points in a game since November 3rd, that’s five straight games since their Week 10 bye with 19 points or less.

On the season, they have fallen short of this total in 12 of 15 games (80%). The Raiders only scored 19 points last week against a weak Jacksonville Jaguars defense in a game where neither team seemed interested in winning.

Vegas only ran for 69 yards in that game, and they rank dead last on the season in rushing yards with only 77.5 per game.

Now they face a New Orleans Saints defense that has allowed 20 points or less in 4 of their last 6 games with 21 points in one of the other two games.

The Saints won’t be pushing the scoring with Spencer Rattler starting at quarterback and now Alvin Kamara (accounts for over 40% of the offense) is questionable with a groin injury.

Look for the Saints to double-team Brock Bowers, leaving the Raiders with limited scoring options and holding them under 21 points.
