NHL Player Props Predictions 1: Brady Tkachuk, Senators OVER 3.5 Shots on Goal (-120) DK
Ottawa Senators left winger Brady Tkachuk has recorded 4+ shots on goal in 29 of 43 games for a 67% success rate on the season including 7 of his last 10 games.
He’s been even better at home where he’s cleared this line in 19 of 24 games. Tkachuk loves to go head-to-head with the Boston Bruins as he’s eclipsed this mark in a PERFECT 8-8 during the last two seasons.
The Boston Bruins rank bottom-10 in shots on goal allowed to opposing left wingers and they rank 23rd in shot on goal allowed overall (31.4/game).
The Bruins also rank 4th in goals allowed with only 2.66 per game which translates into teams firing away shots in pursuit of scores.
Tkachuk clearly steps up his game against the Bruins and he loves some home cooking. Let’s fire away on the over 3.5 with reasonable juice.
NHL Player Props Predictions 2: Connor Ingram, Coyotes OVER 27.5 Goalie Saves (-120) DK
Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram has only recorded 28+ saves in 14 of 30 games for a 47% success rate.
However, he did record a 30 save performance in a 3-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on November 28th.
The Lightning rank 12th in shots on goal per game with 30.19/game but only 22nd in goals scored with 3.31 per game.
The Coyotes are also playing the second night of a back-to-back after allowing 40 shots on goal in 6-2 loss to the Panthers in Florida last night.
The Lightning are heavily favored with -218 money-line and the total is set at 6.5 so they should be firing away shot throughout the game. Look for Ingram to clear this mark tonight on the road in Tampa Bay.
