Champions League Final Analysis
Europe’s top club competition comes to a climax on Saturday May 28th and it’ll be a rematch of the 2017-18 Final in Kyiv as former titleholders Liverpool and Real Madrid renew acquaintances and both memories and horrors of that day will be at the forefront on game day.
Real Madrid was victorious in that final winning 3-1 behind a poor performance by Liverpool keeper Loris Karius but it was the first half injury and substitution of the English sides most valuable player Mohamed Salah after being brought down by Sergio Ramos in a battle for a ball that will be part of the day’s narrative.
