Tottenham vs Brighton Analysis
Brighton travels to a Tottenham team in absolutely red-hot form right now in the early kick-off over in the Premier League on Saturday as Spurs have now won six of their last seven games overall, working their way into a coveted Champions League spot in the process as well.
Brighton, meanwhile, snapped a seven-game winless run last weekend with a surprise 2-1 victory over Arsenal, something that was probably appreciated by Tottenham boss Antonio Conte as they battle their North London rivals for a European place for next season.

While it was a welcome return to goal scoring form for this Brighton team last week, it’s an area they need to find more consistency in.
Prior to their match against Arsenal last weekend, the Seagulls had scored just one goal across 630 minutes of action and no team in the EPL has scored less goals than Brighton have since February 1st.
Conte Fine-Tuning This Spurs Team
It’s been an incredible few months for this Antonio Conte-led Spurs squad and despite some early hiccups along the way, most noticeably against Burnley and Southampton, it’s fair to say the Italian’s time in charge has been a resounding success.
Tottenham has garnered the third-most points out of any team in the Premier League since Conte’s arrival at the club and have scored at least two goals in seven consecutive games now also with no team matching Tottenham’s offensive output of 34 goals in 2022.

Tottenham continues to defy expectations as they were meant to face a difficult assignment on the road last week against Aston Villa and came through with flying colors.
Tottenham opened up Villa’s defense through a masterclass led by Son Heung-Min as they ran out easy 4-0 winners in Birmingham.
That’s nine goals in two games now for Tottenham as they face a Brighton side that arguably got very fortunate last weekend against Arsenal, getting outgunned by 61 dangerous attacks to just 21 and owning a 0.60 xG ranking compared with Arsenal’s 2.35 xG in a game the Gunners were very wasteful over the final third in.
